Our 2018 Pinot Noir from Bennett Valley, is crafted from the esteemed Swan clone and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, with one-third new oak and two-thirds once-used oak. It presents a deep ruby red color and aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spices. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity, leading to a lingering finish with persistent red fruit flavors and a touch of spice.
